Wish my experience was better because I really wanted and needed these lash trays but it wasn't. Communicating with the seller before I made the payment was fine but after payment communication became non existent. Sent several messages within a week or two and still no response. Checked the status on shipping and it was waiting to be sent out for at least a week then suddenly it said shipment cancelled. I then opened dispute for full refund and got back my money. How disappointing, what is the point of selling your items if you don't communicate with your buyer?
